Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. The agreement is between you (the customer) and Fine Ally, registered in Sweden. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

2. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT for customers within the EU.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Klarna.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from Sweden.

Shipping methods & delivery times:

  • Within Sweden: PostNord Service Point (2–4 business days)
  • Rest of the world: DHL Express (3–5 business days depending on destination)

Shipping fees:

  • Sweden: 49 SEK
  • Europe:
    • Standard: 270 SEK
    • Denmark, Finland, Norway: 200 SEK
  • International (Outside of Europe):
    • USA, Canada: 500 SEK

Important:
Customers outside the EU may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return fee: 150 SEK within Sweden, 200 SEK outside of Sweden
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will perfectly reflect the actual colors or details of the products.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, customs processes, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR. We only collect and store necessary information to process your order and will never share your data with third parties without consent.
